How it Works?
PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH TRAINING
A structured, linear progression to help you build strength consistently over time.
We utilize functional equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, wall balls, ropes, etc for this portion of our training.
We focus on developing full-body strength, stability, and power without relying on barbells, only.
Each session is coach-led & designed to progressively challenge you, while reinforcing proper movement patterns, which helps you stay fit and functional, for life.
While we emphasize strength, we also incorporate controlled functional conditioning to enhance endurance and overall athletic performance.
CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE
Sessions include movements that engage multiple muscle groups and require sustained effort.
The cardio portions of workouts will be structured in the forms of, but not limited to, amraps, emoms, and chippers, for time. This enables programming to work all zones of our cardio base in different formats.

Monostructural movements: running, rowing, biking, skiing, jump rope.

Bodyweight movements: burpees, box jump variations, squats, shuttle runs, push-up variations, etc.

Weighted movements: KB swings, wall balls, ropes, DB variations, slam balls, KB variations
BARBELL SPECIALTY SESSIONS
ACCESSORY AND CORE WORK
Let’s take care of our progress and our foundation by doing the extra work.
Accessory and core work help stabilize and strengthen secondary muscles to help prevent injury when utilizing our main muscle groups.
These often, but are not limited to, body weight exercises, light dumbbell work, and bands.

I’m 28 years old and have spent the past 7 years immersed in the fitness industry, training at Orangetheory Fitness, GluteClub, The Downtown Athletic Club, and in my own home gym.
